Sunny cliff

When I was a child my family had a summer cottage on the west coast and one of the best moments was when we rowed our boat out to the smaller cliffs early in the sunrise. Imagine the silence and the fresh salty air when you glide through the perfect reflecting water surface. This is a big inspiration for me.
This painting is made from a photo I took a few years ago from the very same place I visited as a child.
